LE POÈME HARMONIQUE presents in Vascoeuil “All the Nights” a program of Baroque Music with Romain BOCKLER, Baritone and Bor ZULJAN, Lute.
The candidates of the Corneille Competition to meet the public and Norman heritage. To rediscover the treasures of Norman heritage by sharing musical treasures with all, to promote the professional integration of young artists, these are the objectives of this initiative of the Harmonic Poem . Candidates for the Corneille Competition are among the best international hopefuls of baroque singing. Every two years, more than a hundred applications come in from all over the world. The young singers selected meet in Rouen at the end of September to compete at the Chapelle Corneille de Rouen before an international jury of leading professionals in classical music, artists and programmers alike. But at a time when the integration of artists is a major issue, it is essential, for those who are at the start of a professional career, to be able to perform in addition to competing. Traveling through the setting of Norman heritage, far from the usual distribution networks, our candidates will bring to each the emotion of baroque music in exceptional settings. With the Corneille tour, these talents in the making from the four corners of the globe will therefore also invite the Normans to rediscover an exceptional heritage which is never far away!
