Castle of Chamerolles : The Renaissance garden, which was created by Lancelot II du Lac at the end of the 16th century has refound its original charm and character.
Being a home, pleasure and ceremonial garden, its consists of six parts : the ”Préau” with its lawns and period furniture; the embroidery square with its clipped lavender ans boxwood; the suare of rares plants which reunites plants at the time were discovered in the Orient ans the Americas : the ” Labyrinth of yew trees; and two vegetable gardens.
The garden was complety restored between 1988 and 1992.

From February 1st to April 30th and from October 1st to December 31th from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekdays. Open on weekends from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Closed on Tuesdays
From May 1st to June 30th and from September 1st to 30th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Closed on Tuesdays.
From July 1st to August 31th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Open every day.
Annual closing in January as well as on December 25.
