The castle of Cheverny is standing proudly in the midst of its vast lawns and an English-style park with rare species of trees, among them a magnificent avenue of cedars, more than 500 m long. It can also be discovered by taking a tour in our electric boats or cars.
A romantic lake harbours the Garden of Love, where 6 statues by sculptor Gudmar Olovsen have as common subject the symbols of love.
A band of tulips, consisting of 350000 bulbs, lights up the castle's West facade from late March until Mid-April.
The Sweet Garden, the latest newcomer to the Chevery gardens, created in 2021, offers 11 varieties of fruit trees and bushes.
A maze, a kitchen garden, and an ornamental pleasure garden make Cheverny castle's collection of gardens complete.
