This garden of Southern plantations is unique in Europe.
The Bormes les Mimosas landscape designer Gilles Augias, passionate lover of Southern plants, created it in 2001. The 2400 m2 garden presents an exceptional collection of Mimosas and 320 very rare plants flowering by successive stages all along the seasons.
Other varieties are planned to be introduced in order to develop this garden unique in Europe. This extraordinary garden, nestling in the heart of the old village Bormes les Mimosas, with its exceptional look over the sea, will be inaugurated and opened officially to public use on Saturday January 24 2004, at the time of the 8th edition of 'Mimosalia'.
