Garden of the Peaks (Jardin des Cimes) : On 2,5 hectares, at the height of 1000 meters, facing the Mont Blanc, the Garden of the Peaks will show you the poetic, ludic and gastronomic aspects of the mountain world, and of the plants and gardens from all around the world. A discovery for grownups and children alike.

  • Opening 2026 :
    Open from May 24th to September 28th.
    July & August: Daily from 9:30am to 7:00pm; last entry to the gardens at 6:00pm.
    June & September: Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00am to 6:00pm; last entry to the gardens at 5:00pm.
  • Visits :
    Unguided visits.
    Guided visits with previous booking , Duration of a guided visit : 1h30mn, Minimal number of persons for a guided visit : 8 .
    Access partially adapted for disabled persons.
    Various workshops for groups of adults and children on the themes of art, nature, and garden.
    A brochure is at your disposal at the entrance of the garden.

  • Access :
    By car : Direction Passy Chef-Lieu, then the departmental road to the Plateau d'Assy. The car park of the Garden of the Peaks is situated near the departmental road leaving the Plateau d'Assy direction Plaine Joux. Beware of GPS: it might want to make you take very narrow little country roads.
    By bus : Regular service to the Plateau d'Assy from the train stations of Fayet/Saint Gervais and Sallanches. Bus stop near the post office, walk 200m direction Plaine Joux, then take the path to your left leading to the Garden of the Peaks (15 minutes).
