At the Tilleul (The Lime Tree), everything from local producers; I don’t use tinned or deep-frozen produce; the wines come from the domains and are mostly made from organically grown grapes (with or without the label, but real…). I prepare all the food myself, and also the bread.
It is also possible to order take away dishes… or to come to the Tilleul and cook with me, or accompany me to the market, or on my visits to the vegetable farms and vineyards where I buy my supplies.
- Opening 2017 :
Open from April 25 to September 30, for a glass of wine at the bar or on the terrace, a dinner aperitif, lunch among friends, dinner… During a stay at the inn, you will be able to discover the Cevennes mountains. The Tilleul is open in the evenings, and on Sunday at noon – for lunch on other days, feel free to contact me.
Open 6 days out of 7 in July and August, the rest of the time from Thursday to Sunday lunch. Closed on Mondays.

The price of the rooms is 52€ (double bed, no twin beds available), and breakfast 9, 50 €
As for meals, a slate shows the dish of the day, which changes throughout the season.
Menu for 26, 80 € or à la carte from the slate. A choice of wines, most of them raised naturally by the vigneron.
