Le Rendez-Vous des Pêcheurs serves only homemade food. We use fresh and whenever we can organically or reasonably produced fruit and vegetables. Our cuisine is rather sun-inspired. We only serve one menu at each meal, lunch and dinner, and welcome only guests having booked a table in advance.

Scallops of foie gras and lentil cream.
Celery soup, splinters of Fourme d'Ambert.
Fresh ravioli with the season's vegetables, parsley sauce.
Parmesan puddings on spinach sprout bed and grilled almonds.

Beef cheeks with caramel carrots.
Rib of beef with shallot conserve and spring vegetables.
Grilled bass fillet with fennel.
Veal hock with rosemary, vegetable polenta.
Apples, lemon, calvados jelly, caramel cream, lemon cream and mascarpone.
Breton cookie with strawberries.
Caramel tart with pears, ice cream of salted butter caramel.
