The Prairie Saint-Gildas : Being situated on the edges of the Indre river, this natural wet zone of 25 ha shelters a particulary rich fauna and a flora. During a pleasant walk in the course of the water, the guests discover so the Characteristic vegetables of the wet circles : valerian, iris, water lilies... Our guide explains then the origin of the name of plants, their different uses... The functionning of the ”pikes nursery and the pass with fishes is also commented to the public.
The origin from the present numerous sources on the site is also evoked. But from a wider point of view, these visits allows especially to make sensitive the population in the thematic of the environnement.
