The Gardens Of Imaginary

Overlooking the valley of the Vezere, covering more than six hectares of terraced gardens with cool and shady places, " les jardins de I'imaginaire " invite you to come in for a walk.
Meandering trails will take you through centuries and civilizations. Come and learn something of how man-kind, thanks to gardens like these, continues to search for a lost paradise. While dawdling and dreaming you will come across a rose-garden of 2000 rose-trees, collections of irises, 5000 perennials, a water-garden, and even undergrowth populated by elves.

• Opening 2012 :
  Guided tours only.
  from 31/03 to 7/10 : from 10.00 am to 11.30 am (every 1/2 hours)
  from 2.00 pm to 5.30 pm (every 1/2 hours) in April, May, June, September (5 pm. in October, September).
  Closed the tuesdays (except 1st May and May 8 th)
  July and august (every day): from 10.00 am to 18.00 am, every 1/2 hours in morning, and every 20 mn in afternoon.

  No access for disabled persons.

  Individuals :
  adults/ 7,50 euros. children (10 -18 years)/ 4,50 euros. Children, students (-10 years)/ free.
  Groups : Adults/ 6,00 euros. Reduced price for schools.
