Description
A renaissance highlight in the heart of the Grand Region, the historical site of Cons-la-Grandville is a treasure of Lorraine's architectural heritage. A subtle variety of gardens used to demonstrate the importance of the art of gardening in Lorraine. Today you can still find: the castle's main courtyard, the Benedictine priory's monastery courtyard, the castle's former kitchen-garden and its basin-canal, the terrace garden of the priory, the romantic park.
This park was created in the 19th century. It offers a botanical tour of "Remarkable trees", showing a collection of trees from our region as well as more exotic specimens.
It also is the theatre of the contemporary sculpture exhibition: "The Fabulous Bestiary of Cons-la-Grandville".
