The Park Of Chantilly Castle : 240 hectares of park. Uniquely diverse gardens with flowerbeds, lakes, ponds, waterways and a wooded park with statues, summer house, all set out around the magnificent Château which comprises the original XVIth century Château des Montmorency and the XIXth century Château du Duc d'Aumale: a French-style garden designed by Le Nôtre (17th century), the Anglo-Chinese garden with its Hamlet, which was the inspiration for Marie-Antoinette's garden (18th century) and the romantic English garden (19th century), with its Temple of Venus and the Island of Love.
